I understand that training at Superpro Samui involves risk, including gym training, Muay Thai, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, MMA, Hyrox, fitness training, private sessions, swimming, ice bath, breathwork, recovery services, use of equipment, and use of the facilities.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept these risks. I confirm that I am fit and healthy enough to participate, and I will inform staff about any injury, illness, medical condition, medication, allergy, or limitation before training.

I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions from Superpro Samui staff and trainers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Superpro Samui, its owners, managers, staff, trainers, contractors, partners, and representatives from claims connected with my participation or use of the facilities.

If I am injured or become ill, I authorize staff to seek emergency medical assistance if needed. I understand I am responsible for medical and related costs. I also understand Superpro Samui is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
